Description
The H-16-44 Road Switcher eventually became renowned as the baby Train Master. First introduced in 1950, it boasted 1600 horsepower and a body created by the famed designer of the GG-1, Raymond Loewy. The scale-sized Lionel H-16-44s are TMCC-equipped, feature prototypical paint schemes and the RailSounds sound system. Features include TrainMaster Command Control equippedable to run in Command Control Mode or in Conventional Transformer Control Mode, railSounds sound system with CrewTalk, communication and TowerCom announcements, odyssey System for speed control, directional lighting including LED headlights, operating marker lights, two electroCouplers, dual powerful maintenance-free motors with momentum flywheels, four traction tires, fan-driven smoke unit, die-cast metal trucks, pilots and fuel tank, metal frame, separately applied metal details, separately applied builders plates, lighted number boards, lighted cab interior and engineer figures.
