From dancing chase lights to pointing arrows, these animated electroluminiscent billboard kits feature a wide variety of colorful, simulated-neon graphics for a variety of businesses. Kits include battery holder and all necessary electronics for plug-and-play installation. Signs require three AAA batteries (not included).
