This is a Lionel 12895 Operating Dual Signal Bridge from 1996. When activated by a passing train, the light changes from red to green, or vice versa. You can also control the lights in the bridge with O22 style remote switches. There are 2 light hoods in the bridge each with a red and green bulb. The bridge is designed to span two parallel tracks. It measures 8 inches tall.
