Here is a Lionel 442 Vintage O Prewar Landscaped Tinplate Diner from 1938-41. This was a popular scenery item made from a Pullman car body. It measures 10.5″ inches in length. Features include tin-plate construction on a wooden base.
This item has been graded per TCA standards C-5: Good based on visual appearance. The two step pieces are missing. The greenery is discolored and loose. The window inserts have yellowed and are slightly loose. There are nicks, scratches and other imperfections in the paint throughout the diner. The wiring is worn and damaged from previous use. This item has not been tested and is being sold As-Is. The overall appearance of this item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning. The instruction manual is not included.
